Abbott's digital presence spanned corporate and divisional sites across multiple markets, each evolving on its own and drifting apart visually.
The brand needed one coherent experience that could scale internationally without forcing every region into the same mold. It had to satisfy strict brand governance and hold up to review, while staying flexible enough for local teams to move quickly and publish on their own.
